Arana Under 13A  End of Year Footy Camp Details 12-14 October

I have assumed that all 19 boys will be going on the camp.  If your son is not going, please let me know.

Here is some important information for everyone.

·We are all going to meet in the car park at Arana Leagues Club at 4.00pm on Friday 12th  and departing at 4.30pm

·Everyone is invited on Sunday 14th at 11.00am for a BBQ lunch and presentations at the camp.  Lunch will be provided, however it's BYO drinks and chairs.  Please let me know numbers attending on the Sunday, as I need to know for catering purposes.

·Any medication (except for asthma) MUST be labeled and given to either John or Bruce with written instructions.  NO PANADOL will be administered on the weekend to any of the boys.

·YOU need to arrange transport for your son to get to the camp on Friday.  So far Darren Elmes, Bruce Harden, Richard Carr and John Cuskelly have confirmed that they will be taking their cars.  If we can have a few more volunteers, then everyone can pool together.  If you need a lift, please make sure that ring someone and arrange it.  Wayne Sengelman will be going to the camp on Saturday morning.  If anyone can't get there on Friday afternoon and they need a lift for the Saturday morning, give Wayne a ring.

·Parental Consent/Indemnity Forms must be completed for each player going on the camp.  If we don't get the form signed by a parent, your son will not be allowed to go. I'll have the forms with me for everyone to complete on Friday when you drop the boys off.  If you are not going to be dropping off your son then you need to arrange to get a form signed before they go.

What the boys need to bring:-

·Sunscreen

·Drinking cup with their name on it

·Hat

·Towels

·Toiletries

·Clothes

·Insect Repellant

·Pillow and Sleeping bag

The cost of the camp will be $40-00 each and that will cover your food and accommodation.  You will need to BYO all drinks (alcohol, soft drink etc.) and anything else that you want.

Please arrange to have the money to me this week, as I need it to go shopping for the camp on Monday.  You can ring me on 0412 230 535.

Girls Night Out

Once the boys are off on Friday, we've decided to have a girls night out that night.  We are going to meet at 6.30pm at Gilhooleys, Chermside Shopping Centre for dinner and whatever we feel like afterwards.

Girls there are too many of you to chase up individually, so please let me know if you are going to be coming so I can book.  Remember "THE MORE THE MERRIER".
