Should be quite a great game, with the teams having split their previous two encounters this year. In the round 3 encounter it was goalkicking that proved critical with the Dolphins scoring 6 tries to 5 but still losing by 4 points. Redcliffe looked likely to lose again in Round 10 but stormed home with 20 unanswered points to turn a ten point deficit into a ten point victory. Both teams are missing key players with injury but have put in fine performances despite this, so this should not be a factor on Sunday. Norths play a very flat attacking line which can be hustled into error but can really make inroads if allowed free rein. Redcliffe use a more traditional game plan based on minimising errors, so the game should certainly present an interesting contrast in styles. No competition points at stake, but certainly a lot of pride and the first trophy of the season.
