The last round of fixtures and just the three games as Easts have been forced to forfeit both their delayed Round 14 and Round 21 matches to Logan Brothers.

ARANA (5th) v REDCLIFFE (3rd) Friday August 27 8.30pm at Dawson Pde

Final game of the year for Arana and they will want to go out with a win, against a Redcliffe team that hasn't played for three weeks due to forfeits. As they lost the last 2 games before that the Dolphins will want to get some winning form on the board before their knockout semi-final clash with Logan Bros next week. The home ground advantage and the fact that it is their "Grand Final" mat be enough for the Panthers to spring an upset.

CENTENARY (6th) v SPRINGWOOD (2nd): Friday August 27 8.30pm at Cent H'way Res.

Like the other Panthers, this is Centenary's "Grand Final" and they will want to go out with a good performance at home against a top four team. Despite being down to eleven players at times, Centenary performed admirably against Norths last week, and whilst it is hard to see them toppling the in-form Springwood side, the game could be closer than most would think.

SOUTHS (8th) v NORTHS (1st): Sunday August 29 11.00am at Brandon Park

Another case of a team out of the top 4 at home against a team in the semis. Despite having not won a game, Souths have been very competitive at Brandon Park, and Norths will not want to take this easy as a win will probably be required to wrap up the minor premiership. Hard to see the Magpies containing the classy Norths side however.
