The final round before the holidays for 6 teams - note that the Centenary/Souths match will be played July 28.

SPRINGWOOD (2nd) v ARANA (5th): Wednesday June 23 7.00pm at Tallowood Park

A game Arana really need to win to keep in touch with the top four, but will be tough against the Springwood side who are coming off a disappointing loss to Logan Brothers. Springwood just snuck home in the earlier clash between the two teams with a sideline conversion from Arana going wide. Both teams play bright attacking football so should be an entertaining encounter.

                Redcliffe: Souths W 30-20; Norths L 10-24 (CT); Springwood L 14-16

Easts put on a solid showing against Arana on Sunday, only allowing the Panthers to get on top in the last 10 mins. Redcliffe struggled against Souths, trailling 20-0 before clicking into action. They will not want to give the Tigers a similar start. Danger game for the Dolphins against a side that has troubled them in the past although they did win easily in the earlier game this year.

Centenary's big loss on the weekend has extinguished all but a mathematical semi final hope but Souths are travelling poorly and the Panthers should have enough class to win comfortably.
