2003 BJRL U15A Round 14 Preview
HOLY SPIRIT (9th) v ARANA (2nd): Friday June 27 8.30pm at Francis Rd
Last Encounter: 2003 Round 4: Arana 44 def Holy Spirit 0
Head to Head 2001/3: Arana 4 Holy Spirit 1
Last 3 Games: Holy Spirit: Redcliffe L 4-28; Norths L 6-40; Redlands L 12-30
                       Arana: Norths W 28-12; Centenary W 32-12; Redlands L 12-34 (CT)
Holy Spirit have not performed too well over the past couple of games and will be looking to improve at home over their more fancied rivals. Arana have put together two solid wins since their Chairman's Trophy defeat but have only got over the top of their opponents in the closing stages. Although still missing the two Alex's, Arana should have too many guns for the struggling Hornets.
"The Computer" tips Arana by 16.

CENTENARY (6th) v LOGAN BROS (4th): Sun June 29 10.00am at Ipswich Rd
Last Encounter: 2003 Round 4: Logan Bros 24 def Centenary 14
Head to Head 2001/3: Logan Bros 3 Centenary 2
Last 3 Games:  Centenary: bye; Arana L 12-32; Norths L 10-30; Redlands lof; Souths L 24-30
                       Logan Bros:  Redlands L 12-20; Easts W 16-6; Redcliffe W 22-0
Centenary will really struggle to field a competitive side this weekend with Lauch and Lagi away on top of their current injury count. Logan Bros will be missing Matt Sepelini on state duties, but still should be far too strong for the depleted Panthers.
"The Computer" tips Logan Bros by 24.

REDCLIFFE (5th) v EASTS (8th): Sunday June 29 12.45pm at Dolphin
Last Encounter: 2003 Round 4: Redcliffe 20 def Easts 16
Head to Head 2001/3: Redcliffe 3 Easts 1
Last 3 Games:  Redcliffe: Holy Spirit W 28-4; Souths L 10-40; Logan Bros L 0-22
                       Easts: Souths L 4-32; Logan Bros L 6-16; Arana L 6-18
Until the second half of last week's game, Easts had been competing well, with narrow losses to Arana and Logan Bros in the revious two rounds. Redcliffe's form has not been great and they have always struggled with the Tigers so this should be a very competitive match. Home ground advantage may tip things the Dolphins way.

SOUTHS (3rd) v REDLANDS (1st): Sunday April 4 2.45pm at Brandon Pk
Last Encounter: 2003 Round 4: Redlands 32 def Souths 0
Head to Head 2001/3: Redlands 7 Souths 0
Last 3 Games: Souths: Easts W 32-4; Redcliffe W 40-10; bye; Holy Spirit W 26-12
                       Redlands: Logan Bros W 20-12; bye; Arana W 34-12 (CT); Holy Spirit W 30-12
Souths have not beaten Redlands in 7 encounters but will probably never have a better chance than this. Redlands will be missing 3 Queensland players, and will also have to travel to Brandon Park, where the Magpies are undefeated this year. Redlands have won 12 in a row and Souths 7 in a row, so what a match is in store, with Redlands keen to maintain their undefeated season. The Computer still tips Redlands but a Souths win would not surprise.
