Souths have pulled off some good wins over the past few weeks, and seem also to be a much better team at home. Holy Spirit have been inconsistent, putting in some good efforts against the better teams, but struggling in "should win" games. Hard to see them troubling the resurgent Magpies in this one.

Certainly the best game of the round with Logan Bros wanting to repeat their first round victory, with Arana protecting their fine home ground record. The first round game was a ripper, with Logan Bros running Arana down in the second half. Arana will want to get away to a good start and not relax in this one.
