Round "22" this weekend which is actually the Third Round clash for these teams, including the Chairman's Trophy match on Sunday. Other games will be held on Friday night and Saturday.
EASTS v CENTENARY: Friday June 7 8.15pm Scott Park
1st Round Result: Centenary 48 def Easts 0 2nd Round Result: Centenary 30 def Easts 12
Head to Head 2001/2: Centenary 2 Easts 0
Last 3 Rounds: Easts: Redcliffe W 16-14; Centenary L 12-30; Souths L 18-34
Centenary: Logan Bros L 12-24; Easts W 30-12; Slacks Ck W 32-6
The Tigers claimed their first big scalp of the season with a 16-14 victory over the Dolphins last weekend and will be looking to do the same to Centenary. The Panthers proved too strong 2 weeks ago, but they may be injury weakened this time and will have to pull out all stops to beat a confidence-boosted Easts side and avoid dropping out of the top 5 for the first time this year.

SLACKS CK v REDCLIFFE: Saturday June 8 11.30am at Usher Park
1st Round Result: Redcliffe 56 def Slacks Ck 6 2nd Round Result: Redcliffe wof Slacks Ck
Head to Head 2001/2: Redcliffe 1 Slacks Ck 0 (not including forfeit)
Last 3 Rounds: Slacks Ck: Arana L 6-68; Redcliffe LOF; Centenary L 6-32
Redcliffe: Easts L 14-16; Slacks Ck WOF; Arana W 20-18
Redcliffe will be very disappointed with their loss to Easts last week, and will be looking to return to form against the Lions. Slacks Ck had to forfeit the last game to Redcliffe but should be keen to take them on at home this weekend, particularly as Redcliffe may be weakened by Rugby commitments. It is still hard to see Slacks Ck getting close, but their attitude was good last game when they never threw in the towel against a red-hot Arana side.

LOGAN BROS v SOUTHS: Saturday June 8 1.30pm at Civic Park
1st Round Result: Souths 24 d Logan Bros 18 2nd Round Result: Logan Bros 46 d Souths 28
Head to Head 2001/2: Logan Bros 5 Souths 1
Last 3 Rounds: Logan Bros: Centenary W 24-12; Souths W 46-28; Redlands W 20-18
Souths: Redlands L 18-36; Logan Bros L 28-46; Easts W 34-18
Logan Bros are the form team of the competition and will be looking to stretch their winning run to four this weekend at Civic Park. Two weeks ago they annihilated the Magpies early and Souths will have to plug up some of those defensive gaps to come up with a win. This should be a very interesting game with the winner gaining the season advantage, with the previous two games shared.

*CHAIRMAN'S TROPHY:
ARANA v REDLANDS Sunday June 9 12.15pm at Emerson Park
1st Round Result: Arana 15 d Redlands 14 2nd Round Result: Arana 24 d Redlands 23
Head to Head 2001/2: Arana 3 Redlands 2
Last 3 Rounds: Arana: Slacks Ck W 68-6; Redlands W 24-23; Redcliffe L 18-20
Redlands: Souths W 36-18; Arana L 23-24; Logan Bros L 18-20
The first trophy match of the season, and what a great match in store. Arana have won the first two clashes of the season by the absolute barest of margins and will be looking to extend their winning run over Redlands to three. Last year's Chairman's Trophy at the same venue was a controversial one, which resulted in front page headlines in the Sunday Mail, and it is hoped this weekend's is not a repeat of this! Redlands did win that match (against Redcliffe) and their experience in trophy matches will be important in this one. The Parakeets will be looking for big games from their seven Brisbane rep players, and should be at full strength with the return last week of Trent Iselin. Arana will still be missing 3 players with injury and rugby commitments, but will be buoyed by the presence of Rohan, who came through his return match last week with no problems. It appears almost certain that the match will go to the team which makes the least mistakes - should be a beauty.
